The Plant Market has been providing gardening expertise and advice since 1990. We are your local, friendly garden centre based by Dalgety Bay in Fife.  Whether you’re a novice or a naturist, we are here to help.  We have worked in the horticultural industry for over 30 years and our passion for all things gardening continues to flourish.

We stock an extensive range of garden, fuel and birdcare products and we are always looking for new products to give you the best choice.  We try to keep all our plants from Scottish suppliers and nurseries as we’re committed to supporting and promoting Scottish horticulture and all it has to offer.  Our stock, as you can imagine, is seasonal so don’t forget to pop in if there’s a certain plant you’re looking for.

Our ethos is to be as sustainable as possible so as well as our pot recycling centre, we now sell many eco-friendly products and are continuing to expand our range. In fact this year we are celebrating our 11th year of pot recycling!

Usually, we hold a range of events throughout the year – from our renowned annual Christmas Fair to our Farmers Market.  However, these last 18 months have been a bit different. We're hoping that 2022 sees a return of our event programme. We try to make our events community focussed and work with local primary schools to encourage a love of nature and gardening.
